  • Who are your typical clients?

    Our typical clients are entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, homeowners, investors, and developers. . Although, they are our most common clientele, we work with clients who come to us because they value the work and quality of life LEI provides for them. Our goal is to help individuals from different ways of life the opportunity to live in their dream space.

  • What geographical areas do you serve?

    We are based in Encino, California and serve the Los Angeles County and adjacent. We are now accepting clients out-of-state.

  • Do I need to be involved in the design process?

    Absolutely not! During the Discovery Call, we discuss the best way you would like to work. We understand you might not have the time to be as hands-on as others. Nevertheless, this will not affect the outcome of your project.

  • How soon should I hire LEI for my project?

    From the moment you are starting to look for your Architect and Builder is when you should hire LEI. It’s important that all of your trades are on the same page to avoid problems down the line. We like to get started from the beginning of your project to ensure we advocate your needs and wants all throughout.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently only accept payments via our online checkout, direct deposit, and checks.

  • How much is the minimum furniture and decor investment?

    In order for us to bring the full vision to life and for you to experience the feeling of living in a magazine-worthy space, we have a minimum investment of $15,000.
